Groundbreaking on the new Cummings School of Nursing & Health Sciences, slated to open in 2023. Despite record-breaking heat in summer 2022, construction continues ahead of schedule, too. View a timelapse video of the construction:

Spring 2022

President Steven R. DiSalvo, Ph.D., and Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer Brandi Johnson announce that the Interfaith Chapel will undergo overdue renovations. Coinciding with the facelift is a new mission and name for the building. Renovations begin after Commencement and wrap midsummer.

During Reunion Weekend, alumni say farewell to the Village, otherwise known as “the mods,” which are removed just a few weeks later—22 years after their arrival on campus.

The new Center for Belonging & Inclusion opens with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that draws hundreds of community members into the modernized and more inclusive space and kicks off a new era of programming and community-oriented events at Endicott.

Fall 2022

After a monstrous storm damaged the Endicott Beach seawall in 2018, construction is slated to repair a breach and extend the wall in what will be a large, multi-phase project.

2023

Construction is slated to start on a new residence hall in the former location of the mods. The residence will feature more than 175 beds, grab-and-go dining options, and plenty of common space, and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024.
